Why Rules Matter on a Marketplace
GoStore is built on trust. Buyers need confidence that what they purchase is genuine, high-quality, and as described. Sellers need to know the playing field is fair. These guidelines protect everyone and ensure GoStore remains a place people return to.
1. Product Quality Standards
Every product listed on GoStore must meet our quality bar. This means clear, accurate descriptions, professionally formatted files, and content that genuinely delivers on its promise. Listings found to misrepresent their content will be removed without notice.
2. Intellectual Property
You may only sell content that you own or have the legal right to distribute commercially. Uploading plagiarised work, unlicensed images, or copyrighted material belonging to others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
3. Prohibited Content
The following are not permitted on GoStore under any circumstances:
- Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence
- Misleading, fraudulent, or "get rich quick" schemes
- Duplicate or near-identical listings created to game search rankings
- Products priced at zero to bypass the verification process
4. Seller Verification is Mandatory
All sellers must complete our four-step verification process: category selection, identity verification, KYC submission, and admin approval. No products can be published until verification is complete. This protects both buyers and the integrity of the platform.
5. Refund and Dispute Policy
GoLearnAm provides a dispute resolution process for buyers who believe a product was significantly misrepresented. Sellers are expected to cooperate fully with dispute investigations. Repeated disputes against a seller's products may result in listing suspension.
6. Pricing Integrity
Prices must be set honestly and reflect the value of the product. Artificial price inflation followed by fake discounts is not allowed. All prices are displayed inclusive of the platform fee or exclusive depending on your charge bearer settings — make sure buyers see exactly what they'll pay.
